Liu Feng 劉封 (original name Kou Feng 寇封; d. 219) was a high military commander of the state of Shu-Han 蜀漢 (221-263), one of the Three Empires 三國 (220~280 CE).

He originated in the family Kou 寇 of Luohou 羅侯, but bore the family name Liu after he was adopted by Liu Bei 劉備 (161-222). When the latter attacked the warlord Liu Zhang 劉璋 (d. 219), Liu Feng marched river upward and seized the territory in a battle. After the conquest of the province of Yizhou 益州 (Sichuan), where Liu Bei established his realm, Liu Feng was awarded the title of xxx 副軍中郎將, and was later granted the title of Vice General (fujun jiangjun 副軍將軍).

When Guan Yu 關羽 (d. 219) besieged the towns of Fancheng 樊城 and Xiangyang 襄陽, he called for Liu Feng's support, but because Liu Feng was at odds with the local governor (taishou 太守) of Yidu 宜都, Meng Da 孟達, he refused to send troops supporting Guan Yu, with the outcome that Guan was defeated and died in battle. After the rebel's return to Chengdu 成都, Liu Bei decided to order him to commit suicide.
