Zhou Xuan 周宣 (d. c. 239 CE), courtesy name Konghe 孔和, was a magician and dream interpreter (oneirologist, xiang meng 相夢) of the Three Empires period 三國 (220~280 CE).
He hailed from Le'an 樂安 (today's 博興 Boxing 博興, Shandong), and served Yang Pei 楊沛, Liu Zhen 劉楨 and Cao Pi 曹丕, the eventual Emperor Wen of Wei 魏文帝 (r. 220-226). Emperor Wen made Zhou Xuan xxx 中郎,who belonged to the staff of the grand historiographer (taishi 太史), who was also responsible for divinations. Zhou's interpretations had allegedly a hit rate of 80 to 90 per cent.
