Nü Fu 女父 (probably also read Ru Fu) was a high minister (bugeng 不更) in the state of Qin 秦 during the Spring and Autumn period 春秋 (770-5th cent. BCE).
He served Duke Huan 秦桓公 (r. 604-577) as an advisor. In 578 he commanded the troops of Qin in the battle of Masui 麻隧 (near modern Jingyang 涇陽, Shaanxi) against the united forced of the regional rulers (zhuhou 諸侯) under the command of Jin 晉. The allies defated Qin and advanced as far as Houli 侯麗 (near modern Fengquan 禮泉) but then withdrew. Nü Fu and Cheng Cha 成差 were captured. Their fate is unknown.
