Xiangyang bingshi lüe 襄陽兵事略 is a military history of the region around Xiangyang 襄陽, Hubei province, through the ages. It was written by the late Qing-period 清 (1644-1911) scholar Wu Qingtao 吳慶燾 (dates unknown, courtesy name Kuanzhong 寬仲) from Hangzhou 杭州, Zhejiang. From ancient times on the middle Yangtze region was heftily contested area as a strategic place to control central China. Whoever was in possession of this area would be master of China.

In 1881, Wu Qingtao visited the twin city of Xiangyang and Fancheng 樊城 (Xiang-Fan 襄樊) to reconstruct the topographical conditions of historical wars. His detailed book of 6 juan describes all campaigns in the region from to 703 BCE to 1644.

It was printed in 1891 and again in 1907 as part of Wu's 24-juan long series Xiangyang silüe 襄陽四略 (the other three titles being Xiangyang yange lüe 襄陽沿革略, Xiangyang yishu lüe 襄陽藝文略, and Xiangyang jinshi lüe 襄陽金石略), and is included in the series Zhongguo fanglüe congshu 中國方略叢書.
