Qing Pu 慶普, courtesy name Xiaogong 孝公, was a Confucian scholar of the Former Han period 前漢 (206 BCE-8 CE).

His home town was Pei 沛 (today's Peixian 沛縣, Jiangsu) and was a disciple of Hou Cang 后蒼. Later he was appointed erudite (boshi 博士) at the National University (taixue 太學), teaching the ritual classics (li 禮). Of his disciples, the most famous were Xiahou Jing 夏侯敬 and Qing Xian 慶咸.

Qing Pu was the founder of an individual interpretation called the "Qing School" (Qingshi xue 慶氏學), which stood in contrast to that of Dai Senior 大戴 (Dai De 戴德)and Dai Junior 小戴 (Dai Sheng 戴聖). His highest office was that of Grand Mentor (taifu 太傅) of Liu Yu 劉宇, the Prince of Dongping 東平.
