Shiyi 識遺 "Omissions of knowledge", also called Luoshi shiyi 羅氏識遺, is a "brush-notes"-style book (biji 筆記) written during the Southern Song period 南宋 (1127-1279) by Luo Bi 羅璧, courtesy name Zicang 子蒼, style Mogeng 默耕, from Xin'an 新安 in today's Henan province. Nothing is known of Luo's life except that he was an adherent of the teachings of the Neo-Confucian philosopher Zhu Xi 朱熹 (1130-1200).

This book of 10 juan length discusses a wide range of topics, including the Classics, history, various scholarly traditions, and anecdotes from the court and the ordinary people. It examines everything without omission or neglect. Its references to ancient texts are well-founded, and Luo's research is meticulous and rigorous, making the book – despite several errors – a worthy reference.

The text is included in the series Siku quanshu 四庫全書, Xuehai leibian 學海類編, Bilinlangguan congshu 碧琳瑯館叢書, Yuyuan congshu 芋園叢書 and Shuofu 說郛 (only excerpts).
