Xuezhai zhanbi 學齋佔畢 "Book recitations from the Lodge of Learning" (or "Note slips from the Lodge of Learning") is a "brush-notes"-style book (biji 筆記) book written during the Southern Song period 南宋 (1127-1279) by Shi Shengzu 史繩祖 (1192-1274), courtesy name Qingchang 慶長, from Meishan 眉山 in today's Sichuan province. He was a disciple of Wei Liaoweng 魏了翁 (1178-1237) and crowned his official career with the posts of Grand Master for Court Audiences in the Palace of Brilliant Order (chaoqing dafu zhi Huanzhang Ge 朝請大夫直煥章閣) and jade crafts supervisor (yujueguan 玉局觀) in Chengdu 成都.
The book of 4 juan length is the result of Shi making notes on the vast number of books he read over the years. It presents various commentaries on 129 topics, mainly notes on and corrections of commentaries on the Classics and historiographical writings. Despite several mistakes, the book is mostly accurate and remains a valuable reference.
The text is part of the series Baichuan xuehai 百川學海, Xuejin taoyuan 學津討原, Siku quanshu 四庫全書, Congshu jicheng chubian 叢書集成初編, Baihai 稗海 (titled Xuezhai zhanbi zuan 學齋占畢纂) and Shuofu 說郛 (in the Wanwei Shantang 宛委山堂 edition titled Xuezhai zhanhua 學齋占嘩).
