Han tongyin cong 漢銅印叢

Han tongyin cong 漢銅印叢, short Yincong 印叢, is a seal catalogue compiled during the Qing period 清 (1644-1911) by Wang Qishu 汪啟淑 (1728-1799), who is better known for his catalogue Feihongtang yinpu 飛鴻堂印譜.

While the latter is very comprehensive, the Han tongyin cong presents, in 12 volumes, imprints of brass seals from the Han period 漢 (206 BCE-220 CE). It shows the imprints of 152 official and 930 private and "miscellaneous" seals, with two to four imprints on each page, with annotations. The book was finished in 1752 and is the earliest book specifically dedicated to seals made of brass or bronze.
