Shufa jinliang 書法津梁 "Bridges and fords to calligraphy" was written during the high Qing period 清 (1644-1911) by Bao Shichen 包世臣 (1775-1855), who also wrote the calligraphy book Yizhou shuangji 藝舟雙楫 and a book on agriculture, Junxian nongzheng 郡縣農政.

The book features 36 brief chapters that quote from ancient texts in calligraphy, organised into several different fields. These include methods of learning calligraphy, various discussions on the study of calligraphy, titles and annotations or colophons (see ti-ba 題跋), postfaces, prefaces, biographies, and inscriptions for calligraphy manuals, along with writings and discussions on calligraphy by masters from previous generations.

Aside from the last six chapters, the remainder was authored by Bao Shichen himself. His discussions explore areas not previously acknowledged by earlier scholars, and his impact was considerable during his era. This book was instrumental in advancing the Northern Stele (beibei 北碑) style of calligraphy, which became prevalent in the calligraphy community in the mid-19th century.

It was published as a lithographic print in 1922 by the Sanyi Shuju 三益書局 in Shanghai.
